Invitation to Learn: 4 Seasons of Reconciliation
4 Seasons of Reconciliation is a self-paced, three-hour online course that supports a renewed understanding and relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples through transformative learning centered on truth and reconciliation.
This workplace-focused program provides foundational knowledge about the historical and contemporary relationship between Indigenous peoples and Canada, as well as the work of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC). It is designed to help organizations meaningfully respond to the TRC’s 94 Calls to Action by engaging their teams and partners in shared learning.
Through a series of short, multimedia-based modules — including award-winning documentaries, interactive slideshows, and quizzes — learners explore key themes and concepts at their own pace. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of achievement along with access to a bonus video library for continued learning and reflection.
Made possible through the IBAS Indigenous Broker Development Program, IBAS members now receive discounted access to this course as an important first step in building awareness, understanding, and confidence on their organization’s reconciliation journey.
