About Reconciliation Education: Our Values
The Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada created 94 Calls to Action in their Final Report, including Calls to Action to educate not only new Canadians, but all Canadians, about the history and truths of Indigenous peoples in Canada.
We are all on a journey of learning and growth as we move together toward reconciliation.
The 4 Seasons of Reconciliation course, which has become the gold standard for reconciliation education and has educated hundreds of great organizations from coast-to-coast-to-coast, has so far reached over 600,000 Canadians.
Our team is proud to be a part of this important journey in reconciliation for all Canadians, and shares the same goal of connecting the world in harmony and building intercultural understanding & compassion.
We believe that all people benefit from truth & reconciliation learning, and we are excited to be on this journey with you as you explore the courses and learn more about the history of Indigenous peoples and Turtle Island & beyond.

Our Story
The acclaimed online course, 4 Seasons of Reconciliation, is a living document made possible thanks to an amazing collective of dedicated contributors, authors, advisors, producers, supporters and fans.
Its first version was produced in 2014 under the direction of the Aboriginal Healing Foundation as a direct response to the TRC’s Calls to Action to educate all Canadians.
"And if you want to make a difference in this world, this is one way to do it: through embarking on the path of reconciliation and working alongside Indigenous people in Canada."
